Established in 2010 Enabling Technology is a small friendly team of experienced professionals who have a passion for helping everyone be the best they can in the workplace regardless of any limitations that may be put in their way.
We very much advocate the Social model of disability and, as our name suggests, want to see people enabled to fully engage in the workplace. Many of our team have personal experience of Neurodiversity or visual impairment which gives us a greater empathy and understanding of the challenges but also the effectiveness of the services we supply, being users of the software and strategies ourselves.
As a team, we have over 20 years of experience in assistive technologies and pride ourselves on keeping up to date on the latest advances.
As a small team we can provide the personal touch, trainers often being contacted by clients long after official sessions have ended for advice, as well as clients requesting additional training from us when moving to a new employer.
